1Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the bwinone platform, through which the Player accesses all games, financial transactions, and account management features.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's bwinone Account, excluding any bonus credits that remain subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Credit" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin value, or non-cashable benefit awarded by bwinone to a Player under any promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Games" means all casino games, sports betting markets, bingo rooms, crash games, and any other wagering products made available through the bwinone platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by PAGCOR regulations and bwinone's internal compliance procedures before a Player may complete withdrawals or access certain platform features.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency responsible for the regulation and licensing of gambling activities in the Philippines.
• "PHP" means Philippine Peso, the lawful currency of the Republic of the Philippines, which is the base currency of all transactions on bwinone.
• "Platform" means the bwinone website at bwinone.net, its mobile-optimised interface, and all related services operated by bwinone.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Credit amount must be staked on eligible Games before the resulting winnings may be withdrawn from a Player's Account.

2Acceptance of Terms

By accessing bwinone.net, clicking the registration button, completing the account registration process, or making a deposit, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their current version, along with any supplementary rules, policies, or guidelines published on the bwinone platform.

If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must immediately cease all use of the bwinone platform, refrain from registering an account, and refrain from accessing any Games or services available on bwinone.net.

bwinone reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. Players are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically.

3Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

The bwinone platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming laws and PAGCOR regulations. Registration by any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. bwinone may request documentary proof of age at any time, and accounts found to be held by underage individuals will be immediately suspended and terminated, with all balances forfeited.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

bwinone services are directed at players located in the Philippines. Players accessing bwinone from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable local law do so at their own risk and legal responsibility. bwinone makes no representation that its services are lawful in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.

3.3 Exclusion from Eligibility

The following individuals are not eligible to register or maintain an account on bwinone, regardless of age or location:

• Employees, contractors, directors, or officers of bwinone or its parent, subsidiary, or affiliated companies;
• Immediate family members of any of the above persons;
• Any person who has been self-excluded from bwinone or any other licensed Philippine gambling platform;
• Any person who has been excluded or barred by PAGCOR from participating in any licensed gambling activity;
• Any person acting on behalf of or as a proxy for another individual for gambling purposes.

4Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active bwinone account. The operation of multiple accounts, whether registered in the same name, using different email addresses, or using another person's identity, is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. bwinone employs technical and procedural measures to detect duplicate accounts and will suspend and merge or permanently terminate any accounts found to be in violation of this policy, with all associated balances and bonuses forfeited.

4.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

When registering your bwinone account, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if any details change. Providing false registration information, including a false name or date of birth, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

bwinone is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct identity verification on all players prior to processing withdrawal requests and upon reaching certain deposit thresholds. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, driver's licence, UMID, SSS ID, or equivalent);

4.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bwinone username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party. bwinone will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. 5Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bwinone accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, InstaPay, and PesoNet. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). bwinone does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used for deposits must be registered in the same name as your bwinone account.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on bwinone is PHP 5.00 for e-wallet channels (GCash, Maya, GrabPay) and PHP 100.00 for bank transfer channels (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet). Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per day, as specified in your account settings. bwinone reserves the right to modify deposit limits at any time.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your bwinone account instantly. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay are credited within the timeframes specified by the InstaPay network, typically within two (2) hours during banking hours. bwinone is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or network outages affecting GCash, Maya, or Philippine banking systems.

6Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals may only be requested by Players who have completed KYC verification in full. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment channel used for the most recent deposit on the account, or to a verified payment method registered in the Player's name, at bwinone's discretion.

6.2 Processing Times

bwinone aims to process withdrawal requests within the following timeframes, subject to KYC completion and compliance review:

• GCash and Maya: Within 24 hours of approval, typically faster during business hours (8AM–10PM PHT);
• BPI, BDO, Metrobank: Within one (1) to three (3) business days;
• InstaPay and PesoNet: Within two (2) to five (5) business days.

bwinone reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request, which may extend the processing time. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 100.00. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day may apply based on your account verification level and payment method, as detailed in your account settings. bwinone reserves the right to process large withdrawal amounts in multiple instalments over consecutive business days.

6.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

bwinone reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing if: (a) the Player's account is under review for suspected fraud or bonus abuse; (b) KYC documentation is incomplete or under review; (c) outstanding wagering requirements on any active bonus have not been met; or (d) the account is subject to any regulatory investigation or freeze instruction from PAGCOR or other competent authority.

7Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional benefits offered by bwinone are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms published alongside each promotion on the Current Offers page. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms, Bonus Credits awarded by bwinone must be wagered a minimum number of times (the Wagering Requirement) on eligible Games before any winnings derived from Bonus Credits may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier, eligible game categories, and completion deadline are specified in the individual promotion terms. Wagering on Games excluded from bonus play does not contribute to Wagering Requirements.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

bwinone employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: (a) wagering on opposite outcomes of the same event to satisfy requirements with minimal risk; (b) coordinated bonus exploitation across multiple accounts; (c) irregular betting patterns designed to game bonus completion without genuine play. bwinone reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and to close accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.

8Game Rules & Fairness

8.1 Random Number Generators

All bwinone casino games that rely on random outcomes operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently audited and certified for fairness. The RNG systems used by bwinone's game providers are tested to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and not predictable or manipulable by either the platform or the player.

8.2 Game Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system fault that affects the outcome or display of any Game, bwinone reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and return the wagered amount to the Player's balance. bwinone is not liable for any loss of winnings or profit resulting from a documented game malfunction. The decision of bwinone regarding malfunctions is final.

8.3 Sports Betting Rules

9Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bwinone platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or maintaining more than one bwinone account;
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration or KYC;

10Responsible Gaming

10.1 Available Tools

All bwinone account holders have access to the following responsible gaming tools at any time through their account settings:

11Intellectual Property

This licence does not include any right to: (a) copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the platform; (b) modify or create derivative works based on platform content; (c) use bwinone's trademarks or brand assets without prior written consent; or (d) commercially exploit any part of the platform or its content.

12Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bwinone's total liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Player's account, or the bwinone platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bwinone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity arising from: (a) your use of or inability to use the platform; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of bwinone's servers; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the platform; (d) any bugs, viruses, or similar harmful code transmitted through the platform by any third party; or (e) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted or otherwise made available via the platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit bwinone's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by bwinone's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

13Amendments to These Terms

bwinone reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and without prior individual notice to Players, provided that material changes will be notified via a platform-wide announcement or email notification to registered Players at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, where practicable.

The most current version of the Terms will always be accessible at bwinone.net/terms-conditions and will display the effective date of the current version. Your continued use of the bwinone platform after any amendment becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease use of the platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.

14Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.2 Regulatory Oversight

bwinone operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
